Manufacturing of press tools

The production of press tools is carried out according to the highest industry standards. Our state-of-the-art CNC machines and blanking presses provide the necessary basis for the preparation of tailor-made solutions. A wide machine park enables us to deliver the highest quality, in the shortest possible time. Our CNC machining centres with 3, 4 and 5 axes and table sizes up to 8000 x 4000 millimetres can machine parts weighing up to 45 tonnes and offer the right equipment for your projects. In addition, our spacious 5,000 m2 production hall is equipped with five blanking presses that can apply up to 2,500 tonnes of pressure. Together with our extensive know-how, we guarantee that every tool we supply is precise and ready for immediate use.

In addition to in-house toolmaking at MATADOR, we offer tool finishing services (final tuning) directly at our customers’ sites, as well as tool maintenance services and technical modifications, and the hiring of toolmakers with international experience to meet our customers’ needs.
