Construction and design of press tools
A skilled team of design engineers with knowledge of OEM customers’ standards enables us to prepare and deliver a comprehensive design and manufacture of press tools. We use the latest programs such as Autoform, CATIA, TEBIS and NX. Additionally, we monitor material behaviour during the stamping process and eliminate negative influences. The combination of analytical and production design guarantees a thoroughly refined design and good preparation for the next step – toolmaking.
In addition to the tool design itself, we also provide our customers with a feasibility study or verification of the mouldability and manufacturability of the parts in question.
