Our employees design welding lines from the initial layout concept, through the 3D design of all equipment, their simulation to the programming of the robots and their movement on site.  These tasks are performed in the most modern SW tool systems of digital factories. As a matter of course, optimization of the takt time of the line, checking the reach of robots, blocking them against possible collisions and last but not least, final tuning of each component of the designed devices are all included. A separate section is the realization and construction of production lines, where the knowledge of our designers is combined with the experience of technicians, resulting in the highest quality of manufactured parts. Further, specialists focus on the implementation of automated welding work areas for auto body panels, which are among the heaviest parts of the auto body. They add a piece of their own invention to each project.
