Meeting the Future of Technology: Spring in the Spotlight of Students and Innovation

Spring in MATADOR Group was marked by personal meetings with young people studying technical fields and considering their professional future. We participated in two major career events, where we had the opportunity to showcase the job opportunities available for graduates of technical education and how they can become part of the world of innovation.

At MATADOR Group, we believe that the future of technical fields depends on talented and motivated people. That’s why we actively seek opportunities to meet with students of technical schools and present them with the employment possibilities available after completing their technical education.

Spring has been one of the most active periods for us in this regard. We participated in two prestigious career events – Career Day at ŠKODA AUTO University (ŠAVŠ) and Career Days at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University (CTU). These events gave us the chance to personally meet many inspiring students and graduates of technical fields, who are ready to take part in developing modern technologies and innovations.

At Career Day at ŠAVŠ, AUFEER GROUP and Entry Engineering, which are part of the MATADOR Group family, participated. At Career Days in Prague, Alpha Automation joined us. These

companies clearly demonstrated that we are not only connected by job opportunities but also by a common goal of supporting young talents. The doors are open for young people throughout our entire group, and graduates of technical fields can choose from exciting job opportunities in any of our companies.

At both events, we had the opportunity to showcase what we can offer young professionals – from innovative projects to an environment that fosters growth and creativity. The high level of student interest in our booths showed us that we are on the right track.

• Career Day at ŠKODA AUTO University (March 19, 2025) – A traditional career event organized by ŠKODA AUTO University, aimed at students and graduates of technical and economic fields.
• Career Days at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU – The largest career event for students in the Czech Republic, organized by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU in Prague.
