The product and service portfolio includes engineering services, design of automotive components, design and assembly of automation lines, stamping tool production and serial production for leading OEMs. Our 1500-plus employees are located in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Russia, where we deliver our services and products to Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, Seat, Suzuki, PSA and further leading automotive and non–automotive clients.

Dual education programs for high school students
We place high importance on the education and preparation of youth. Since September 2014, we have been running a dual education program in cooperation with technical high schools. In three or four-year programs respectively, the students gain practical education right at the very heart of our companies. We offer practical training and development as a supplement to the theoretical education received at high school. In general, the ratio reaches up to 60% of practical and 40% of theoretical education. By completing the dual education program, each student gains opportunities to work as a toolmaker, electrician or machine operator.

At the MATADOR Group, we are dedicated to supporting the development of young talent. We provide opportunities for professional and personal growth for students of technical universities via summer internship programs. Our innovation-oriented philosophy offers a broad range of information and idea-sharing between students and our company. In this regard, we are pleased to offer you expert practice-related support when writing a thesis for a diploma, a Bachelor’s or a Master’s study. Therefore, if you are interested in developing your ideas and applying them to real industrial life you are welcome to apply. You will also receive full support from our professionals, who will guide you in the realization of your concepts.

Graduates
If you have recently finished your degree and you are interested in working for a fast moving company, do not waste time and apply for the Trainee program in the MATADOR Group!
Our Trainee program is a development program for ambitious young professionals who want to work in the industrial sector. In one-year, each participant gains experience from various industrial areas, gets to know the corporate culture, work processes, and gains a chance to actively contribute in various projects. The goal of this program is to develop future managers for our production companies.
What benefits do we offer?
- You will spend more than 12 months rotating within our companies, where you will get to know our organization and processes
- You will be allowed to be part of actual projects and make a real contribution
- An expert mentor will be assigned to you during the whole Trainee program
- We will develop your soft skills and ability to work in a team
- You will learn how to efficiently manage your time in everyday work-related activities
