AUFEER SOLUTIONS secures new contract with Škoda Auto for comprehensive vehicle development and testing services

AUFEER SOLUTIONS, a member of the MATADOR Group won a new order after a several-month tender process. The customer is the unit of Škoda Auto in Česana, EGF/2, which provides development activities with a focus on the preparation and execution of functional, customer-oriented tests in the field of electricity and electronics of the entire car. The activities carried out serve as a source and recommendation for the release of the entire car in the area of ​​VNF (Vernetzungsfreigabe), GFF (Gesamtfahrzeugfreigabe) and other development processes.
 

What does the preparation of selected vehicles include?
• diagnosis of the entire car
• update of HW and SW statuses
• setting and calibration of driving assistance systems, car lighting
• checking the proper functioning of the vehicle’s systems Interview
• repair and rebuilding of electrical modules on the entire vehicle

What do the exams focus on?
• testing of driving assistance systems
• testing of module components (lighting, HMI, wiper sets…)
• testing the infotainment system (radio, navigation, telephone connection, mobile online services…)
• assessment of the electrics and electronics of the entire car from the customer’s point of view

Three experienced colleagues from Driving Tests jumped into operation in mid-October. Up to 14 new colleagues are continuously joining. “Cooperation with the department is going well beyond our expectations and we are happy about it with the whole team,” says Peter Bušanský from Aufeer Solutions.
